Dining Dollars are conveniently loaded to your Cougar Card and can be used at all College of Charleston dining locations. They roll over each semester, but you’ll need to use your promotional dollars before the end of May.

To add Dining Dollars to your account, you can bring your Cougar Card to Campus Services HQ (162 Calhoun St.) or make a deposit through eBill. To add Dining Dollars through eBill:

1. Log into MyPortal.
2. Search for eBill.
3. Click on Deposits tab.
4. Select this term (fall 2025) and Dining Dollars.
5. Enter the amount and preferred payment method.
6. Confirm to process.

Your extra 15% in Dining Dollars will be added to your account within 48 hours.
