5 Ways to Celebrate CofC Day 2025

Join the College of Charleston for 1,770 minutes of giving during its sixth annual CofC Day from 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, through 10 p.m. on Thursday, March 20!

With a nod to the year of the College’s founding, 1770, this event gives alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and friends of the College 1,770 minutes not just to give back to the College and ensure that current and future Cougars receive an excellent education and become future leaders, but to participate in a variety of events that will really get people excited, engaged and ready to celebrate.

Here are five ways to show your support and celebrate the College of Charleston!

Party in the Cistern Yard!

In the Cistern Yard and on George Street, a celebration will take place from 5–7 p.m. on March 20. With food trucks, games, student performances and music, this celebration will bring together students, alumni, faculty, staff and friends! The event is free to attend, and commemorative T-shirts and CofC Day swag will be available until supplies run out. More information is available here.

Meet up with Cougars near you!

No matter where you are on March 19 and 20, 2025, you can celebrate the College of Charleston! CofC Clubs will be hosting parties for alumni, parents, students, faculty, family and friends to commemorate the College’s annual day of giving all over the country. Register for one of these great CofC Club events today and support our alma mater with fellow alumni, parents, and friends. Show how much you care!
