At Your Assistance: How to Access the College's New EAP
Learn how to access the many benefits offered through the AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program.

As of January 2025, the College’s employee assistance program, Deer Oaks EAP, has been acquired by AllOne Health, a leading provider of EAP and whole health solutions.
The AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program is a free service provided by the College of Charleston that offers a wide variety of counseling, referral and consultation services. The programs are designed to assist employees and their families in resolving work/life issues in order to live happier, healthier, more balanced lives. Benefits apply to any person residing in an employee’s home and any children who are away attending college.
“Please know that there will be no disruption in the benefits you enjoyed through Deer Oaks,” says Ed Pope, vice president of human resources. “In fact, there are quite a few enhancements under AllOne Health EAP.”
