The College of Charleston will host a virtual town hall on Monday, Feb. 17, 2025, to share the results of the Campus Climate Survey.

The town hall will begin at 2 p.m. and will take place via Microsoft Teams. This event is open to all faculty, staff and students and may be accessed using the following link: https://go.charleston.edu/campus-climate-survey (CofC login required). The virtual town hall may also be accessed using the QR code.

Gabriel Reif, vice president for research and evaluation at ViewFinder Campus Climate Surveys, will provide the survey results during the town hall. A Q&A session will follow the presentation. You may also submit questions in advance by sending an email to [email protected].

The town hall will be recorded, and a viewing link will be available after the program.

Last fall, the campus community was encouraged to participate in a survey measuring workplace satisfaction, diversity, inclusion and belonging. Understanding these experiences is vital for fostering a campus environment where everyone can thrive and succeed.

UPDATE: A recording of the town hall is available here (CofC login required).
