The College of Charleston is all about Tradition & Transformation. And – now with both a print edition and a new digital editionCollege of Charleston Magazine is taking a page from that same book, transforming the printed word into a visually interactive scrollable format that has movement and enhanced imagery.

We are proud to present the new digital format of the summer 2024 issue, and to show you what you can look forward to holding in your own hands when it lands in your mailboxes in the coming weeks.

The diverse collection of stories includes a photo spread of spring commencement, a story about married Ukrainian music professors delivering a message with their music and a profile of a student who turned a DNA test into a book about his African American roots.

The three feature stories are about the Preservation Society of Charleston and the 10 alumni working there, a spring break trip to Denmark to study happiness and sustainability, and how the College is helping a combat veteran adjust to civilian life.

Enjoy the new digital issue on any device!
