Faculty, Staff Invited to Town Hall, Ice Cream Social
On Thursday, Aug. 20, President Andrew T. Hsu sent the following message inviting faculty and staff to a town hall and ice cream social on Sept. 29.
Dear Campus Community,
I hope all of you are having a great fall semester so far.
I’m writing to announce that we will hold an in-person Town Hall for Faculty & Staff at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29, in the Emmett Robinson Theatre (Simons Center, School of the Arts).
I will provide updates on many of the remarkable things happening at our university. The event will also enable you to ask questions of me and senior administrators. You may ask questions during the Q&A portion of the event or submit questions in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. The event will not be live-streamed. However, a video recording of the event will be posted on The Hub for a limited period.
Following the Town Hall in the Simons Center, all faculty and staff are invited to convene in Cougar Mall at 3:15 p.m. for an ice cream social. Our HR team began hosting these popular gatherings last academic year.
