Run it back! The College of Charleston women’s golf team earned its second straight and conference-leading seventh overall title following a windy final round of the 2026 CAA Women’s Golf Championship from The Reserve Club at St. James in Southport, North Carolina, on Sunday afternoon.

After trailing by two strokes to UNCW entering the third round, the Cougars battled back to claim back-to-back conference titles and secured the championship on the final hole of the event. The Cougars also captured the program’s fourth CAA Championship in the last five tournaments with the come-from-behind win.

Charleston (+22) had four golfers finish inside the top 10 with Emilie von Finckenstein leading the charge. Her even 72 on Sunday was the best performance of the round among all competitors enroute to a third-place finish in the standings at 3-over 219. Carys Fennessy (+4) finished right behind her teammate in a tie for fourth, while Molly Hardwick (+6) and Adrian Anderson (+11) rounded out the top 10 in sixth and tied for ninth, respectively. Fennessy also led the field in total birdies (12).
