Board of Trustees Executive Committee Meeting 

  1. Call to Order and Welcome 
  1. Approval of Meeting Minutes 
    • December 12, 2025, Board of Trustees Executive Committee Meeting 
    • January 8, 2026, Board of Trustees Prep Meeting for January 15-16, 2026, Board Meeting    
  1. New Business/Old Business  
    • Prep for March 26-27, 2026, Board of Trustees Meeting  
  1. Executive Session 
    • Discussion of personnel matters and legal advice relating to an ongoing employee grievance matter and workers compensation matter. 
    • Receipt of legal advice relating to complaints from student groups concerning campus program changes and alleged harassment. 
    • Discussion of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements and proposed purchase/lease of property.  
    • Discussion of trade secrets where public disclosure would expose commercially valuable plans, marketing services, and competitive information. 
    • On returning to open session, action may be taken on the items discussed during the executive session. 
  1. Adjourn
