By definition, holistic health and wellness addresses the whole person and the interconnected factors that affect our wellbeing – our food, our sleep, our movement, our hopes, our lifestyles and our perspectives of the world around us.

That’s a lot to consider all at once.

That’s why the College of Charleston Office of Human Resources is hosting Wellness Week (March 9–13) for faculty and staff: a dedicated time to focus on the health and wellbeing of our campus community. Addressing everything from your teeth to your retirement, Wellness Week has all kinds of opportunities to learn, recharge and be proactive about your health. From educational sessions and interactive activities to preventive health resources, the week’s events are designed to support physical, mental and financial wellness in practical, accessible ways. Whether you’re looking to build healthier habits, manage stress or simply take a mindful break in your day, Wellness Week has something for everyone.

While the health screenings taking place on Tuesday, March 10, and the MUSC mobile mammogram unit coming to campus on Friday, March 20, are already full, you won’t want to miss the events below! For more information, visit the HR Wellness Week Hub site.
