   • Discussion of trade secrets and receipt of legal advice concerning fraternities and sororities 
   • Discussion of personnel matters and receipt of legal advice concerning Public Safety employee  
   • Discussion of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements and receipt of legal advice concerning Project 205 and School of Hospitality naming opportunity
   • On returning to open session, action may be taken on the items discussed during the executive session
