Virtual Town Hall About Campus Culture Survey Results
College of Charleston employees are invited to a virtual town hall regarding the results of the 2025 "Great Colleges to Work For" survey. The meeting will be held on Microsoft Teams at 2 p.m. on Oct. 29.

Faculty and staff are invited to a virtual town hall meeting at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29, to hear the results of the Great Colleges to Work For survey and to ask questions about the findings.
The Great Colleges to Work For survey gives College of Charleston faculty and staff members the chance to make their voices heard and to help chart a future course for the College. The goal of the most recent survey, conducted during the spring 2025 semester, was to solicit employee feedback about the College’s workplace and culture.
A representative from the survey administrator, ModernThink, will answer questions about the results.
The town hall will be conducted using the Microsoft Teams video conferencing platform, which attendees can access on any web browser. The session will be video recorded, and a viewing link will be shared in a follow-up email.
