The Charleston RiverDogs are hosting CofC Night at the Joe on Thursday, June 12, 2025, and the College of Charleston family is encouraged to come out and cheer them on as they take on the Augusta Greenjackets.

Each ticket purchased includes a $5 donation to the CofC Alumni Association. A limited number of limited-edition “CofC Night at The Joe” T-shirts will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis – and men’s basketball head coach Chris Mack and his staff will be meeting and greeting the CofC community at the T-shirt table.

“We’re excited to offer faculty and staff this opportunity to bring their families out for some fun, while also supporting the College and cheering on the RiverDogs with their colleagues,” says Ed Pope, vice president of human resources at the College of Charleston. “We hope to see the CofC community filling the seats at The Joe!”

President Andrew T. Hsu will throw out the first pitch, and Alumni Association president Laurie Minges ’83 starts the game with “Play ball!” And, in the third inning, Coach Mack will host a CofC trivia contest with fabulous prizes.

Everyone will meet at 6 p.m., and the game begins at 7:05 p.m. on June 12. Please note that the ballpark is cashless, so patrons are asked to bring a card for food/beverage purchases.

The last day to purchase CofC Night tickets is June 11, and these tickets are going fast. Purchase them now at https://fevo.me/riverdogscollegeofcharlestonalumninight.
